The Heemskerk Dutch Folding Shuffleboard is a two-piece hardwood Sjoelbak that is identical to the HS-40 tournament board, but with a hinged central crosspiece, making it much more portable and easier to store than the normal boards.
This folding HS-40 Sjoelbak features a sustainable African hardwood frame and a marine ply playing surface, offering exceptional gameplay. It is robustly screwed together for durability, and comes supplied with 30 tournament (concave) discs.
It is important to note that there is a tiny lip where the two halves join, with the front half being positioned slightly higher than the rear half for practical reasons, but this does not affect the play.
Unfolded and in play, the boards measure 200 x 40 x 5cm (79 x 16 x 2 inches) and are delivered in a sturdy cardboard box.
